We believe our faux botanicals look just like freshly cut. If you would like a refund on the florals if you are not completely satisfied - please contact us within 7 days of recieving your item and you will recieve a full refund once the item is returned to our studio. Please note shipping costs will not be refunded.

When will I receive my arrangement?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information.
Australia-wide shipping times are 5-7 business days.
Where are the stems and vessels manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

Complimentary postage Australia wide for all orders over $220.
All other orders, shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order.
